Won't load MB CD??

Well, I've been having some issues with my computer. I tried to install Ubuntu w/o sucess...GRUB kept erroring out so after working on it for an entire week, I've finally got it so the computer has no more remnants of Linux (except ISO's and VMWare) and almost back to normal (Damn me not backing up more often....if only I had a bigger drive).

But now, when I go to load up my ASUS CD I get the following error messages, one after the other. After the 3rd one, the autorun just closes....any ideas? I've tried google, but that doens't help, as almost ALL of the results are in a foreign language....
